A Day in Your Neighbourhood
- Support excellence: Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring guest rooms, corridors, and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Motivate the team: Assist with training, coaching, and supervising housekeeping team members to ensure consistency, care, and efficiency on every shift.
- Manage the tools: Monitor inventory, assist with stock control, and make sure equipment is well maintained and used safely.
- Handle the details: Help respond to guest feedback, manage special room requests, and step in during peak times to keep everything running smoothly.
- Support planning: Assist with rotas, deep cleaning schedules, audits, and compliance checks; ensuring health & safety and brand standards are always met.
- Champion sustainability: Help promote green practices, reduce waste, and support our environmental initiatives.
