The Greenbank Hotel is searching for a Porter; the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities while providing exceptional customer service.

Job Role
As a Porter at The Greenbank Hotel, you will be a key member of the front-of-house team, helping to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience. We are seeking applicants who pride themselves on attention to detail, with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.

Responsibilities
You will be able to work confidently as part of a team and individually.
You will have stamina and a positive outlook towards your role.
You will be of hardworking nature and flexible with the hours and shifts you will work. This includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Key Skills
GCSE Maths and English
Portering experience preferred but not necessary
Excellent personal presentation
Must be reliable and punctual
Communicate effectively with the team and guests, including listening to instructions
Passion for guest service, ensuring no request is ignored.
