Your focus is to deliver an outstanding guest experience by ensuring all guest bedrooms are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role where you will create a true wow factor of cleanliness, making sure guest expectations are consistently exceeded. Working as a key part of our housekeeping team, you will take real pride in your work, demonstrating fantastic attention to detail and efficiency to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

As our Room Attendant, you are the engine of the shift. We trust you to handle:
- Creating the Wow Factor: Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation.
- The No Problem Approach: Replenishing guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly and positively to guest requests.
- Sharp Organisation: Keeping your individual housekeeping trolley clean, organised, well-stocked, and ready to roll.
- Eyes and Ears of the Floor: Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the leadership team immediately.
- Shift Safety: Following all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
