We are seeking a charming and engaging Public Area Housekeeping Attendant with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor, working towards serving our customers and providing a memorable experience for our guests during their stay with us.
A Public Area Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed all the time
- Demonstrating the ability to proactively prioritise the needs of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
- Being aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
- Demonstrating personal ownership of the tasks and following through to get optimal results
- Assisting with deep cleaning projects when required
- Performing turndown duties when required
- Working as part of a team and communicating with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service
To be successful in the role of Public Area Housekeeping Attendant, we require:
- Housekeeping Assistant experience
- Excellent organisation skills
- An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
- The ability to communicate and organise yourself in line with different guest expectations
- A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
