We are seeking a charming and engaging Public Area Housekeeping Attendant with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor, working towards serving our customers and providing a memorable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

A Public Area Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed all the time
  • Demonstrating the ability to proactively prioritise the needs of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
  • Being aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
  • Demonstrating personal ownership of the tasks and following through to get optimal results
  • Assisting with deep cleaning projects when required
  • Performing turndown duties when required
  • Working as part of a team and communicating with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service

To be successful in the role of Public Area Housekeeping Attendant, we require:

  • Housekeeping Assistant experience
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
  • The ability to communicate and organise yourself in line with different guest expectations
  • A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
