Who we are… At Harbour Hotels, we create places people escape to—and remember long after they’ve left. Our collection of coastal, country and city hotels is built on individuality, style, and a genuine passion for hospitality. At Rothay Garden, that experience is shaped by the beauty of the Lake District. Tucked away in the heart of the fells, surrounded by rivers, gardens and fresh mountain air, our hotel offers guests a true sense of calm, comfort and understated luxury. As a group, we’re proud to do things a little differently—supporting our teams, encouraging personality, and creating environments where people can grow, not just work. It’s no surprise we’ve been recognised as AA Hotel Group of the Year—and we’re only just getting started.
The role… We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in creating spaces that feel welcoming, warm and impeccably presented. In a setting like this, the details matter. - Supporting, guiding and motivating the housekeeping team each day
- Ensuring bedrooms and public areas are consistently clean, calm and guest-ready
- Carrying out detailed room checks (both routine and spot checks)

- A natural eye for detail and high standards you won’t compromise on
- A hands‑on, team‑focused approach
- The ability to keep things running smoothly in a busy environment
