Overview
I am seeking a reliable and experienced housekeeper to help maintain my busy family home on Tuesdays and Fridays for at least 4 hours each day, ideally starting between 8-9:30 am until 1-2:30 pm (but flexible).
Candidates should have a keen eye for detail and be knowledgeable about proper cleaning techniques.
Responsibilities
- General housekeeping duties: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows and window frames, and organizing.
- Tidying as needed, such as emptying and loading the dishwasher.
- Laundry, including changing bed linens and towels and hanging, folding and putting away laundry when time allows, plus a small amount of ironing.
- Deep cleaning of bathrooms, particularly keeping on top of limescale buildup and cleaning grout and tiles.
- Deep cleaning other areas when required, such as behind radiators and in light fittings.
- Communication and trust are important; looking for a housekeeper who is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and use initiative.
