We’re building something special at The Keppoch. Set beside the historic battlefield at Culloden, we’re creating a modern Highland pub focused on proper food, good ingredients, and a kitchen that delivers consistently, even when it’s busy.
We’re looking for a Head Chef to take real ownership of the kitchen. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead a small team, run a strong service, and keep standards high day in, day out. You’ll work closely with the owner on menu development, systems, and building a team that takes pride in what they do. There’s real opportunity here to shape the food and be part of something growing.
