We’re looking for an organised and proactive Partner Marketing Coordinator to support our growing partner ecosystem. Working closely with our Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll help manage and execute co-marketing activities with both new and existing partners. From onboarding and campaign execution to reporting and CRM management, you\’ll play a critical role in making our partnerships successful.
This role sits within the wider marketing team and collaborates closely with our partnerships team. It’s perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident balancing both marketing creativity and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Partner Marketing Execution: Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing co-marketing campaigns with partners, including email marketing, webinars, joint collateral, and events.
- Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Help onboard new partners, ensuring they receive the right tools, content, and guidance to co-market effectively.
- Campaign Coordination: Track and manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple partner campaigns.
- Marketing Operations Support:
- Upload and manage contact lists in HubSpot
- Create and schedule emails in HubSpot
- Help track campaign performance and partner marketing KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, partnerships, or sales operations role
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (required)
- Familiarity with tools like Crossbeam, Google Workspace, and basic HTML (a plus)
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive communicator and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- A hybrid thinker with both marketing flair and operational discipline
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
What Success Looks Like
In your first 3 months, success in this role will look like:
- Seamlessly managing multiple co-marketing activities with partners from kickoff through execution
- Reducing turnaround time for partner marketing requests through clear process and communication
- Supporting the onboarding of new partners with timely, well-coordinated marketing enablement
- Keeping campaign data clean and up-to-date across HubSpot, Salesforce, and partner platforms
- Becoming the go-to person for internal stakeholders when it comes to partner campaign support
- Helping the team scale our partner marketing engine with reliable systems, templates, and reporting
