We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and people-focused Estate Agency Software Trainer to deliver exceptional learning experiences across the ASG software suite. Your role will empower estate agency teams to get the most out of their tech, improving day-to-day processes and driving real business results. You’ll lead training remotely and onsite, support digital content development, and work closely with internal teams to elevate customer onboarding and adoption.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead training sessions (remote and onsite) for estate and letting agency clients, tailored to their specific workflows and business goals.
- Translate industry experience into relatable, practical guidance for users new to the software or looking to deepen their use.
- Create or adapt training materials to ensure sessions are engaging, relevant, and outcomes-focused.
- Demonstrate best practices for using the software to improve lead conversion, property management, compliance, communication, and client service.
- Identify and recommend value-adding features and services that align with client goals.
- Support and co-host webinars, digital education paths, and help centre content to reinforce key learning themes.
- Champion software features by tying them to estate agency challenges and ROI—helping users clearly see the benefit.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to stay aligned on client feedback, feature releases, and onboarding needs.
- Follow up post-training, track engagement, and gather feedback to continuously enhance delivery.
