Alto Software Group is a B2B SaaS company that powers more than half of all UK housing transactions each year. We create software solutions that connect businesses and consumers, delivering a one-stop shop for estate agents and home builders. Our goal is to drive efficiency, speed up transactions, reduce risk, and improve the end-customer experience. While we’re not a startup, we operate with a startup mindset. We’re looking for people who share this mentality and are ready to tackle big ambitions. This is a fast-growing and exciting business going through significant change, and there’s never been a better time to join us.
Are you a seasoned estate agency professional—perhaps a Sales or Lettings Negotiator, Valuer, or Property Manager—who thrives on helping others succeed? If you’re looking to leverage your industry experience in a new way, this could be the perfect next step.
We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and people-focused Estate Agency Software Trainer to deliver exceptional learning experiences across the ASG software suite. Your role will empower estate agency teams to get the most out of their tech, improving day-to-day processes and driving real business results. You’ll lead training remotely and onsite, support digital content development, and work closely with internal teams to elevate customer onboarding and adoption.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead training sessions (remote and onsite) for estate and letting agency clients, tailored to their specific workflows and business goals.
- Translate industry experience into relatable, practical guidance for users new to the software or looking to deepen their use.
- Create or adapt training materials to ensure sessions are engaging, relevant, and outcomes-focused.
- Demonstrate best practices for using the software to improve lead conversion, property management, compliance, communication, and client service.
- Identify and recommend value-adding features and services that align with client goals.
- Support and co-host webinars, digital education paths, and help centre content to reinforce key learning themes.
- Champion software features by tying them to estate agency challenges and ROI—helping users clearly see the benefit.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to stay aligned on client feedback, feature releases, and onboarding needs.
- Follow up post-training, track engagement, and gather feedback to continuously enhance delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- A solid background in estate agency—ideally in sales, lettings, or property management.
- A passion for coaching, mentoring, or supporting others.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence using estate agency software and digital tools, with an enthusiasm for technology.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to adapt your approach to suit different learner types.
- High attention to detail, good organisation, and a client-first mindset.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering training to individuals and groups, both in-person and remotely.
- Strong understanding of the estate agency and/or lettings/property management industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving software adoption and enabling users to get the most out of digital platforms.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to recognise and support upsell opportunities in a customer-centric way.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident with technology and learning new software quickly.
- Comfortable using LMS platforms, webinar tools, content management systems, and CRMs.

- Know our customers – Know your audience and tailor your training style accordingly.
- Explore boldly – Drive innovative ways to improve how customers learn and engage.
- Own it together – Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously raise the bar, collaborate across departments to improve outcomes.
