As we grow and enhance our learning offering, we are looking for a motivated Junior Instructional Designer to join our team. We are looking for a creative, organised and tech-savvy individual to support our digital learning initiatives. You will play a key role in creating and maintaining engaging content, managing learner support channels, and helping our users get the best experience from our products. Key Responsibilities
- LMS Content Creation - develop and update microlearning modules, video tutorials, and written guides to reflect product updates and features
- LMS Administration - take responsibility for tasks including content uploads, user maintenance, progress reporting, and keeping content up to date
- Help Centre Maintenance - Update Help Centre articles based on product changes and create new articles to address knowledge gaps
- Monitor and manage email enquiries
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure learning content aligns with product goals and user needs
Requirements
Essential:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mindset with attention to detail
- Basic experience in content creation tools (e.g. Genially, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Comfortable using and learning new software tools and platforms, especially LMS systems (e.g. Thrive, Docebo or similar)
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively across multiple projects
- A keen interest in digital learning, and product development
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience in a similar content or digital learning role
- Knowledge of UX writing or instructional design principles
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools
