We are seeking a data-driven Pricing Analyst to support the optimisation of our pricing strategy.
This role will be responsible for analysing pricing performance, leading regular pricing updates, designing and coordinating pricing experiments to maximise revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are effectively implemented and communicated.
Key Responsibilities- Pricing Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and refinement of pricing models to drive revenue and profitability.
- Lead regular pricing updates, ensuring alignment with market trends, business objectives, and financial targets.
- Monitor pricing performance, analysing the impact of changes and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Data-driven Analysis & Experimentation
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviour, price sensitivity, and competitor pricing.
- Coordinate efforts to test, track, and refine pricing experiments, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business goals.
- Communicate pricing updates and insights to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Support the commercial organisation by developing training materials and upskilling teams on pricing changes, value positioning, and negotiation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau).
- Experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Understanding of pricing strategies, including value-based and dynamic pricing models.
- Experience running and analysing A/B tests or other pricing experiments.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance profitability and market competitiveness.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based business models is a plus.
