Senior Land Surveyor / 3D Laser Scanning Specialist to help deliver high-quality survey projects across the UK.

About the Role
You'll be working on a wide variety of projects including
- Topographical Surveys
- Measured Building Surveys
- Control Networks
- High-Accuracy 3D Laser Scanning
- Drone Survey Support
- Survey data processing and quality assurance
This role involves regular travel throughout the UK and occasional overnight stays.

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a
- Land Surveyor
- Strong experience with terrestrial and/or mobile laser scanning
- Confident using
- Nav Vis MLX, Trimble X9 , or equivalent laser scanning systems
- Experience with GNSS and Total Stations
- Good understanding of survey control, coordinate systems and QA procedures
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication skills
- A professional attitude and strong attention to detail
Desirable
- Experience processing point clouds
- Scan-to-BIM experience
- Drone survey / photogrammetry experience
- CSCS Card
- Experience mentoring junior surveyors
