We specialise in properties for sale and properties for rent as well as offering a wide range of property services, including property management, property surveys, and independent mortgage advice.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Property Manager to join our growing Residential Block Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in property management, working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist property managers with the day‑to‑day management of residential blocks and estates
- Liaise with leaseholders, residents, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues
- Support with arranging maintenance work, property inspections, and health & safety compliance
- Help prepare budgets, service charge demands, and financial reports
- Maintain accurate records and property management databases
About You
- Strong organisational and communication skills, face to face and telephone
- Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Some experience in property administration, lettings, or facilities management is an advantage but not essential
