House Smart Surveying is a growing and ambitious residential surveying practice, actively recruiting RICS Residential Surveyors across the UK, with a keen eye on the West Midlands region to support our continued expansion.
We are seeking high-calibre surveyors to join us in permanent, salaried roles, offering long-term stability, an attractive bonus scheme, and the opportunity to grow with the business. House Smart Surveying is an independent and fast-growing company providing professional residential surveying services nationwide. Our workload continues to increase through strong client demand and trusted referral relationships, allowing us to develop new surveyor patches and invest in our people. We pride ourselves on delivering clear, practical advice while fostering a supportive and modern working environment.
This is a full-time position with flexibility for remote working and local patch-based surveying.
- Undertaking RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys
- Inspecting residential properties and assessing condition, defects, and risks
- Working closely with clients and other property professionals
Requirements:
- AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualified surveyors
- Strong recent experience in Building Pathology
- Sound knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
- Confident use of surveying tools and reporting software
- Full UK driving licence
