We’re looking for a confident and ambitious individual to join a growing property finance brokerage as a Trainee Commercial Finance Broker based in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start a high-earning, long-term career in a fast-moving sector - with full training provided and clear progression to broker level.
Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll learn how to source and structure finance solutions for property developers, landlords, and investors across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting senior brokers in managing and processing commercial finance deals
- Learning how to structure funding solutions for property acquisitions, developments, and refinances
- Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and surveyors
- Handling inbound enquiries and helping to generate new business opportunities
- Developing deep knowledge of commercial lending products including bridging loans, development finance, and buy-to-let mortgages
- Working towards professional development and qualification as a fully-fledged broker
