The predicted salary is between 44000 - 66000 £ per year.
This range is provided by House Recruiting. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range: Show Manager (Trade Shows) Basic up to £55,000 On target: £75,000+ in your first year.
Monday to Friday Hybrid working available (3 days in the office, 2 from home).
The role:
- A Show Manager to join a very successful business exhibitions portfolio team.
- Lead by example.
- Be your team's point of contact for support and growth.
- Set clear goals and objectives for all reporting staff.
- Responsible for delivering sales targets across the show.
- To proactively develop New and Existing Business sales strategies.
- Help the team source and convert new business leads and recruitment of new accounts.
- Develop a campaign strategy with the Event Director.
- Aim to increase overall numbers of exhibitors, exhibitor mix, stand sales, sponsorship inventory, yield and sponsorship revenues.
- Review and manage the sales plan targets and budget.
About you:
- We are looking for friendly, motivated individuals who are looking for their next role in Event Sales.
- Ideally, you will have experience of working in a similar role and be someone who thrives in a managerial position.
- People centred management ability.
- Account management experience throughout full project cycle.
- Ability to problem solve and to overcome objections during the sales process.
- Ability to build lasting rapport with clients, both on the phone and face to face.
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
