Location: Loughton, Essex
Full-time | Permanent
Up to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission + car allowance or company car
5 day working week – 2 Saturdays on, 1 off, with a day off in lieu

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Drive sales performance and exceed branch targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local communities
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Provide expert advice to vendors and buyers
- Maximise market share and profitability of the branch
Requirements:
- Proven experience in estate agency at branch manager or assistant manager level
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Target-driven with a passion for delivering results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence
