We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our busy estate agency team in Shoreditch. This is a key role supporting the sales department and overseeing the full sales progression process from offer agreed through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full residential sales process from offer accepted to completion
- Carrying out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Completing property risk assessments and compliance documentation
- Preparing and issuing offer letters and sales memorandums
- Progressing sales and maintaining regular communication with buyers, sellers, solicitors, brokers, and surveyors
- Chasing outstanding paperwork and proactively resolving delays within the chain
- Providing regular updates to all parties throughout the transaction process
- Maintaining accurate records on CRM and property software systems
- Supporting negotiators and management with administrative duties
- Ensuring GDPR and compliance standards are adhered to at all times
- Handling incoming enquiries and delivering a high level of customer service
- General office administration and branch support
Requirements
- Previous experience within estate agency sales administration or sales progression
- Strong understanding of the residential property sales process
- Experience conducting AML checks and handling compliance procedures
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estate agency CRM systems
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of the Shoreditch and East London property market
