Base pay range

• Lettings Negotiator
• up to £27,000 Basic (DOE)
• 1 in 3 Saturdays

The Client:

We are working with a high‑end, respected Estate Agency in London who are now looking for a key member of the team.

The Role:

You will be joining a warm desk within an experienced and friendly team. Full support will be given.

Responsibilities

• Registering tenants
• Arranging and overseeing viewings of properties for potential tenants
• Speaking with landlords
• Being first point of call for potential tenants and landlords during the rental process
• Negotiating the deals
• Arranging signing of agreement

Ideal Candidate:

You will have worked as a Lettings Negotiator and be a self‑motivated, hard‑working individual with a desire to build a long‑term career in the property industry.
