The Role
You will secure and manage senior hosted buyers, understand their commercial goals, and ensure their meeting schedules deliver real value. The position suits someone who enjoys outreach, building relationships, and working collaboratively across sales, marketing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, qualify, and secure senior hosted buyers
* Build strong relationships with decision makers
* Understand business objectives to create tailored meeting programmes
* Communicate the event value proposition confidently
* Maintain accurate CRM data and pipelines
* Coordinate closely with operations for a smooth delegate journey
* Support on-site delivery and help delegates maximise their experience
About You
* Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
* Strong phone, email, and video communication skills
* Proactive, resilient, and organised
* Curious about business needs and decision making
* Experience in events, sales, recruitment, or account management is a plus
