Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a proactive and knowledgeable individual to join our Lettings Team in our Leatherhead office, managing a growing portfolio across our four-branch network.

About the Role:

As a Property Manager, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team, overseeing a portfolio of residential properties. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high standards of service for landlords and tenants, while helping the department achieve its operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties across multiple locations
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Ensuring compliance with all current lettings and property management legislation
• Liaising with tenants and landlords, resolving queries efficiently
• Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
• Managing tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy processes

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A customer-first approach and strong communication abilities
• Confidence in problem-solving and working independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A full UK driving licence (essential for property visits)
