We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to work with a highly respected London Estate Agent. This is a terrific opportunity for someone to progress their career and join a company where you use their experience to take on more responsibility in a highly professional and friendly environment.
You will have a busy and varied role.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to the below:
- Looking after Residential London properties
- Property inspections (by car or public transport)
- Pre-tenancy checks
- Liaising with Landlords, contractors and Tenants
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records
- Ensuring all properties are safety compliant with current regulations
- Liaising with Accounts and Lettings teams internally
- Reporting to the head of department
- ARLA qualified ideally
