The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in new homes, shared ownership, or estate agency sales
- Excellent local knowledge of East London and Essex
- Strong customer service, organisation, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct viewings on residential new build developments
- Support development launches and open days (some Saturdays required)
- Build and manage client relationships from enquiry through to sale
- Negotiate offers and secure deals
- Prepare reservation paperwork and support the sales progression process
- Promote available units through various channels and platforms
- Stay informed on local market trends and competitor developments
Requirements:
- Proven property sales experience (new homes, estate agency, or shared ownership)
