We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our busy estate agency team in Hackney. This is a key role supporting the sales department and overseeing the full sales progression process from offer agreed through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full residential sales process from offer accepted to completion
  • Carrying out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • Completing property risk assessments and compliance documentation
  • Preparing and issuing offer letters and sales memorandums
  • Progressing sales and maintaining regular communication with buyers, sellers, solicitors, brokers, and surveyors
  • Chasing outstanding paperwork and proactively resolving delays within the chain
  • Providing regular updates to all parties throughout the transaction process
  • Maintaining accurate records on CRM and property software systems
  • Supporting negotiators and management with administrative duties
  • Ensuring GDPR and compliance standards are adhered to at all times
  • Handling incoming enquiries and delivering a high level of customer service
  • General office administration and branch support

Requirements

  • Previous experience within estate agency sales administration or sales progression
  • Strong understanding of the residential property sales process
  • Experience conducting AML checks and handling compliance procedures
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and estate agency CRM systems
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the Hackney and East London property market
  • Experience using Alto, Reapit, or similar estate agency software
  • Previous sales progression experience preferred
