An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Property Management to join a well-established and growing residential agency covering West Essex and East London. You will take ownership of a portfolio of circa 430 properties, supported by a team of two Property Managers, ensuring a seamless and professional service is delivered to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio (c.430 properties)
- Lead, support and develop a team of 2 Property Managers
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of property maintenance, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and cost-effectively
