They are now seeking an experienced Head of CRM Platforms to lead the organisation’s CRM strategy and execution, driving customer engagement and maximising the value of data across the business. The Role In this senior, strategic position, you will oversee the organisation’s CRM platforms (currently Salesforce and HubSpot), ensuring they are secure, scalable, and delivering maximum value across the business. You’ll act as the lead authority on CRM usage, working closely with sales, marketing, finance, data, and technology teams to streamline operations, enhance reporting accuracy, and create seamless customer journeys. Key Responsibilities * Lead the end-to-end CRM strategy, ensuring reliability, scalability, and usability. * Oversee integration, configuration, and optimisation of Salesforce, HubSpot, and related systems. * Drive CRM adoption through training, support, and best-practice guidance. * Partner with commercial and operational teams to enable effective targeting, reporting, and performance tracking. * Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate, timely data flow into reporting tools and customer platforms. * Manage relationships with vendors and external CRM specialists. * Uphold data governance, security, and compliance standards. * Manage budgets and vendor contracts in line with strategic technology goals. * Continuously evolve CRM capabilities based on feedback and changing business needs.
