Part-Time Administrator

Our client, an award-winning Estate Agent, are looking for a flexible part-time role where no two days are the same! We’re on the lookout for an organised and proactive Administrator to support their busy property management team.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, including:
- Booking and carrying out mid-term property inspections
- Preparing and sending reports to landlords and tenants
- Chasing rent payments
- Managing utility correspondence and post
- Supporting the Property Management team with:
- Maintenance coordination
- New tenancy admin
- End-of-tenancy processes
Hours
Flexible part-time schedule to suit you: Option of 2 full days or 3 shorter days per week
Salary
£28,000 pro rata
