A well-established and growing estate agency with a strong presence across East London and West Essex is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Block Management to lead and develop its block management function. This is a senior, strategic role offering the opportunity to take ownership of an existing portfolio, improve systems and processes, and build a high-performing block management team.
The Role
- Leading and overseeing the block management department across East London and West Essex
- Acting as the senior point of contact for key clients, freeholders, and directors
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Improving operational efficiency, systems, and service delivery
- Supporting business growth through client retention and new instructions
The Ideal Candidate
- An experienced Block Manager or Senior Property Manager ready to step into a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of residential block management legislation and compliance
- A confident people manager with the ability to mentor and develop a team
- Highly organised, commercially aware, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working across multiple offices/locations
