A well-established and growing estate agency with a strong presence across East London and West Essex is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Block Management to lead and develop its block management function. This is a senior, strategic role offering the opportunity to take ownership of an existing portfolio, improve systems and processes, and build a high-performing block management team.

The Role

  • Leading and overseeing the block management department across East London and West Essex
  • Acting as the senior point of contact for key clients, freeholders, and directors
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Improving operational efficiency, systems, and service delivery
  • Supporting business growth through client retention and new instructions

The Ideal Candidate

  • An experienced Block Manager or Senior Property Manager ready to step into a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of residential block management legislation and compliance
