Based in Epsom

Our client, an award winning Estate Agent, are looking for a flexible part-time role where no two days are the same! We’re on the lookout for an organised and proactive Administrator to support their busy property management team.

The Role

  • Booking and carrying out mid-term property inspections
  • Preparing and sending reports to landlords and tenants
  • Chasing rent payments
  • Managing utility correspondence and post
  • Supporting the Property Management team with:
  • Maintenance coordination
  • New tenancy admin
  • End-of-tenancy processes

Hours

Flexible part-time schedule to suit you: Option of 2 full days or 3 shorter days per week

Salary £28,000 pro rata

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle

About You

You’re organised, reliable, and confident communicating with a range of people. Previous admin or property experience is a bonus, but not essential.
