We are recruiting an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the launch of a new brand within the design industry. This is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning of a new event and play a key role in building a commercial proposition from the ground up — from pricing and sales strategy to securing founding exhibitors, sponsors, and long-term partners. You will take full ownership of the commercial model, delivering revenue, building momentum in the market, and helping shape the event’s positioning and growth strategy.
The Role
As Commercial Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy for a brand-new design industry event, working closely with senior leadership, marketing, content, and operations teams. You will be responsible for driving exhibitor and sponsorship sales, developing partnerships, and laying the foundations for scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial strategy and revenue plan for a new event launch
