The Role

Are you a confident communicator with a natural ability to connect people and solve problems? We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their B2B career to learn from experienced professionals and grow in the world of sales and events.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing sponsorship partnerships for our premium networking events.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to potential clients in the education, healthcare, and public sectors
  • Learning how to pitch high-value sponsorship opportunities
  • Booking and attending meetings with prospective partners
  • Managing relationships throughout the event lifecycle
  • Updating the CRM system with key activity and insights
  • Supporting the on-site delivery of events and meeting clients face-to-face
  • Keeping up with industry trends to enhance your outreach and engagement
