We're partnering with a rapidly growing events business that delivers premium, invitation-only networking experiences for senior decision-makers across a range of specialist sectors. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of attendee acquisition and relationship management across a portfolio of high-value B2B events.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in hosted buyer, conference, exhibition or event environments who enjoys building relationships with senior stakeholders and takes pride in delivering exceptional event experiences.

The Role

As Account Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and securing senior-level attendees for a portfolio of invitation-only events. You'll manage the attendee journey from initial outreach through to event delivery, ensuring a high-quality audience and exceptional experience throughout.

  • Recruiting and securing senior decision-makers for a portfolio of premium business events
  • Building and managing relationships with key attendees across multiple industries
  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, referrals, research and networking
  • Working closely with commercial, marketing and operations teams to ensure event objectives are achieved
  • Taking ownership of attendee quality, ensuring participants align with event and partner requirements
  • Managing attendee communications and engagement throughout the event lifecycle
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, reporting and forecasting activity
  • Supporting onsite event delivery and ensuring delegates maximise value from their participation
  • Contributing ideas and best practice to improve attendee acquisition strategies and event performance

About You

  • Previous experience within hosted buyer events, conferences, exhibitions or a similar B2B events environment
  • A proven track record of engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive and target-driven approach
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate reporting
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, LinkedIn and face-to-face interactions
