Main Duties
- Drive attendance for the events by identifying and engaging suitable senior professionals through proactive outreach.
- Carry out consistent outreach activity through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and ongoing follow-up with prospective attendees.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers using Salesforce, historical attendee data, target account lists, and approved lead sources.
- Engage confidently with key decision-makers, gaining an understanding of their business needs and demonstrating the benefits of attending the events.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, updating all communications, progress, risks, and next actions in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments including sales, marketing, operations, and portfolio teams to support event success.
