A London leader in in-house design and maintenance services including garden design and build, garden maintenance, cleaning, window and exterior cleaning, handyman services and more.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Customer Service Executive located in Sidcup. The Sales & Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and overseeing customer service management. Additional tasks include handling sales processes, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the development of customer service strategies.
