As the Wholesale Manager at House of Sunny, you will be responsible for driving our wholesale operations, managing key relationships with buyers, overseeing the seasonal sales process, and ensuring the smooth coordination of stock and invoicing. You will play a vital role in expanding our wholesale business, achieving sales targets, and developing strategic partnerships with new brands. Manage and advise your supporting admin assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Critical Path & Strategy Management: Develop and manage the wholesale critical path to ensure on-time delivery of products and sales milestones. Set and track sales targets in alignment with the company's broader goals.
  • Sales & Income Reporting: Provide weekly reports to the founders on wholesale sales performance, income, and product performance. Analyse sales data to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for growth. Successfully plan and reach monthly targets.
  • New Brand Partnerships: Target and secure new brand partnerships to expand House of Sunny's wholesale presence and market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing wholesale partners.
  • Seasonal Sales Materials: Prepare and coordinate seasonal sales materials to support product launches and presentations. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that materials align with brand messaging.
  • Showcasing Seasonal Collections & Buying Appointments: Organise and showcase seasonal collections to wholesale buyers. Schedule and manage seasonal buying appointments to drive sales and secure new orders. Grow our reach and buyers at market securing and improving relationships.
  • Buyer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale buyers, addressing their queries and providing exceptional customer service. Negotiate and finalize sales terms with buyers.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Request sales data through reports from current retail partners to monitor wholesale performance. Use sales insights to forecast future demand and align stock levels.
  • Wholesale Invoicing: Oversee the wholesale invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing. Chase outstanding payments and manage accounts receivable to maintain cash flow.
  • Stock Coordination: Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for wholesale orders and pass on information to the Wholesale Executive. Address any stock shortages or delays to meet wholesale customer demand.
  • Overseeing ATS Orders: Review the Wholesale Executive's ATS orders closely to support and secure orders regularly and ensure on-time delivery.
