House of Sunny is seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Assistant to support the smooth execution of our production processes. This role involves coordinating packaging, trims, and samples, as well as managing essential production-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Packaging and Trim Management
    • Place and track orders for packaging, labels, and trims to meet production schedules.
    • Ensure all trims and packaging materials meet brand standards and quality requirements.
  • Pre-Pack Organization
    • Assist in the planning and organization of pre-packs to ensure efficient workflow and accurate deliveries.
  • Sample Management
    • Coordinate social and retail sample requests, ensuring timely delivery.
    • Maintain an organized inventory of all production samples.
    • Monitor and manage sample movements, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Barcode Management
    • Generate and manage barcodes for all products, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product specifications.
  • Returns Reporting and Monitoring
    • Monitor and log product returns, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular return reports for review by the production team.
