The Role
As a Senior Performance Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the agency from driving client growth strategies, leading campaign performance, and mentoring junior consultants.
You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding work across paid media channels (PPC, Paid Social, and Display)-driving measurable ROI, developing forward-thinking strategies, and contributing to the continued growth of the agency.

WhatYou’llDo
- Own and lead a portfolio of client accounts-typically 4-6 brands-with full responsibility for strategy, delivery, and performance outcomes.
- Develop integrated paid media strategies across PPC, Paid Social, and Display that align with client objectives and business goals.
- Oversee campaign implementation, optimisation, and testing across channels, ensuring every pound spent drives impact.
- Be a trusted advisor to clients-guiding them through data insights, platform changes, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with platform partners (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to leverage beta opportunities and emerging trends.
- Contribute to the agency’s thought leadership through blogs, webinars, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, helping them develop their skills and confidence as future performance experts.
- Shape internal processes-identifying ways to improve efficiency, innovation, and excellence in client delivery.

You’lllikely have:
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, and/or Display).
- Must have hands on experience working in PPC.
- Minimum 2 years experience in working in an agency environment.
- Experience in creating and implementing paid media strategies.
- Proven success in driving measurable performance outcomes-increasing ROI, improving conversion efficiency, and scaling budgets effectively.
- Confidence in client relationship management-you can present, persuade, and problem-solve with ease.
- Strong analytical skills-you understand data deeply and use insights to shape strategic decisions.
- Proficiencywith Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A growth mindset-you love testing, learning, and evolving your craft.
- Hunger for change and AI –you’llbe comfortable with exploring new tools, investigating new tech and features.
- Natural curiosity and a genuine passion for performance marketing.
What We Offer
- Salary: From £60,000 (based on experience)
- Hybrid working: 2 days per week in our central London office (Tuesday & Thursday). During probation, 3 days a week to get to know the team (typically Weds or Fridays).
