The Youth Ministry Leader at House of Mercy Christian Assembly plays a vital role in mentoring and supporting young church members, organising youth events, and developing impactful youth programs. This position requires a passionate and spiritually mature individual who is dedicated to guiding young people in their faith journey and fostering a sense of community within the church.

Primary Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Mentor and Support Young Church Members, providing spiritual guidance, encouragement, and biblical teaching.
  • Organize and Lead Youth Events, including retreats, conferences, mission trips, and social gatherings.
  • Develop and Implement Youth Programs that align with the church’s vision, focusing on discipleship, leadership, and spiritual growth.
  • Lead Weekly Youth Services and Bible Studies, creating an engaging and relevant environment for young members.
  • Engage with Parents and Church Leadership to ensure holistic support for youth members.
  • Encourage Youth Participation in Church Activities, fostering their involvement in worship, outreach, and service opportunities.
  • Train and Equip Youth Leaders and Volunteers, empowering them to take active roles in ministry.
  • Coordinate Outreach Programs to engage young people in community service and evangelism efforts.
  • Provide Pastoral Care and Counseling to address spiritual, emotional, and social challenges among the youth.
  • Utilise Social Media and Digital Platforms to connect with and inspire young church members.

Your Schedule
