The Youth Ministry Leader at House of Mercy Christian Assembly plays a vital role in mentoring and supporting young church members, organising youth events, and developing impactful youth programs. Primary Responsibilities and Tasks
- Mentor and Support Young Church Members, providing spiritual guidance, encouragement, and biblical teaching.
- Organize and Lead Youth Events, including retreats, conferences, mission trips, and social gatherings.
- Develop and Implement Youth Programs that align with the church’s vision, focusing on discipleship, leadership, and spiritual growth.
- Lead Weekly Youth Services and Bible Studies, creating an engaging and relevant environment for young members.
- Engage with Parents and Church Leadership to ensure holistic support for youth members.
- Encourage Youth Participation in Church Activities, fostering their involvement in worship, outreach, and service opportunities.
- Train and Equip Youth Leaders and Volunteers, empowering them to take active roles in ministry.
- Coordinate Outreach Programs to engage young people in community service and evangelism efforts.
