We are looking for a Multi-Site Reception Manager to lead our reception teams across House of Louie, Il Bambini Club and Llama Inn. Three distinctive restaurants. Three unique guest experiences. One exceptional welcome.

As Multi-Site Reception Manager, you'll oversee the reception operation across our restaurant portfolio, ensuring every guest receives a seamless, warm and memorable experience from the very first interaction. Whether managing reservations, leading reception teams or supporting the restaurants during service, you'll set the standard for hospitality while driving operational excellence across all three venues.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the reception operation across House of Louie, Il Bambini Club and Llama Inn, ensuring every guest receives a warm, genuine and memorable welcome.
  • Recruit, train, coach and develop the reception teams, creating a positive culture and consistently high standards across all three restaurants.
  • Oversee reservations, guest enquiries, seating plans and table allocations, ensuring covers are maximised while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.
  • Build strong relationships with our guests, recognising returning visitors, managing VIP arrivals and ensuring special occasions are delivered with care and attention.
  • Work closely with the General Managers and restaurant leadership teams to ensure smooth communication, seamless service and effective guest flow throughout every shift.
  • Take ownership of reservation systems, guest profiles and booking platforms, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and used to enhance the guest experience.
  • Analyse reservations, no-shows, cancellations and booking trends to identify opportunities to improve performance and maximise revenue.
  • Support recruitment, rota planning, scheduling and performance management for the reception teams across the portfolio.
  • Handle guest feedback confidently and professionally, resolving issues with empathy while turning challenges into memorable experiences.
  • Ensure reception areas are always welcoming, organised and reflective of the high standards of Ennismore Restaurants.
  • Champion our culture by leading from the front and creating an environment where both guests and colleagues feel genuinely welcomed.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience leading a reception, reservations or host team within a busy, quality-led restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Experience using reservation platforms such as SevenRooms, OpenTable or similar systems.
  • A natural leader who enjoys coaching, developing and motivating people.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance priorities across multiple venues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with guests, colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of reservations, guest flow and maximising restaurant performance.
  • Passion for hospitality – you're all about creating memorable experiences for every guest.
  • You're up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once.
  • You lead with positivity, remain calm under pressure and enjoy being at the heart of the action.
