What We’re Looking For

House of Louie is looking for an experienced and inspiring Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and join our passionate team. As Bar Manager, you will take ownership of the bar’s day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional standards across service, drinks, team development, and guest experience. You will be a natural leader who can motivate and support your team, maintain consistency and creativity behind the bar, and bring energy and personality to every shift. You will have a strong background in premium hospitality, a genuine passion for food and beverage, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for both guests and your team. You’ll be confident managing operations, developing talent, and driving excellence in everything you do.
