House of Lords is seeking a Head of HR Services on a maternity cover basis. Based on the Parliamentary Estate in Westminster, you will lead HR Operations, Recruitment, Pay and Reward, Policy, HR Systems and Workforce Insights for about 650 colleagues, in a hybrid working pattern.
You will shape our pay and reward strategy, develop the HR operations function, and work with a diverse range of professions to deliver an inclusive, effective people service across the administration.
