This is a great opportunity for internal colleagues to join the House of Commons as an Access, Data and Technology Manager, supporting the delivery and ongoing development of personnel security and vetting operations. Sitting within the vetting team, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective use and continuous improvement of systems and technologies that help manage insider risk across Parliament.

The role combines operational oversight with system and data ownership, offering the chance to lead on improvements to key platforms while working closely with Parliamentary Digital Service, the Home Office and other stakeholders.

  • Experience of leading in the development of a new technology, working with diverse groups of people, upholding the principles of diversity, equality and inclusion, resulting in a successful product roll-out.
  • Knowledge and experience of developing the Parliamentary Security Vetting (PSV) system as well as security vetting policies and procedures, to be able to support the ongoing continuous improvement of PSV.
  • Experience of identifying continual improvement opportunities to mitigate insider risk and improve vetting processes.
  • Knowledge and experience of configuring the AACS access control functions, to be able to ensure best practice is being undertaken to mitigate insider risk.
