Role: Office & Facilities Coordinator - part time
Reporting To: People & Creative Operations Manager
Based in: Shoreditch, London - on site
Working Pattern: 8-15 hours per week - with flexibility

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee our office and showroom environments. The successful candidate will ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and secure workspace for our entire team. Key duties include managing essential office supplies and coordinating with external partners and contractors to resolve any building maintenance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor office stock and inventory e.g. stationery, IT supplies, printer supplies, cleaning supplies, general office supplies, tea & coffee, breakfast items, milk etc - placing top up orders as required
- Oversee annual H&S audit and PAT testing
- Log IT issues, troubleshoot internally and chase external IT providers for issues requiring escalation
- Meeting room set up for ad hoc company meetings
- Managing weekly fire alarm tests
- Troubleshoot building maintenance issues when they arise, liaise with the landlords to resolve and book in contractors - e.g. plumbers, electricians etc
Requirements:
- Excellent workload prioritisation and ability to multitask whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail
- Positive disposition with a flexible approach and ability to work at pace
- Excellent people skills and the proven acumen to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities
