Reporting To: Operations & Logistics Manager

Based In: London Office, Shoreditch (onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for upcoming photoshoots, including June and July campaigns
  • Arrange and manage transport and hauliers - ensuring timely movement of props and equipment
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to align on logistics and timelines
  • Organise the collection of props from London and oversee shipment to Cornwall shoot location
  • Support end-to-end photoshoot operations at the Cornwall site (including pre- and on-site coordination)
  • Act as a central point of contact for day-to-day logistics and operational queries
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider operations team
  • Step in to cover a team member on long-term absence, ensuring continuity of workflow
  • Proactively manage last-minute requests and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Support planning and logistics for additional events, including a festival on 21st June
  • Collaborate with coordinators, administrators, and senior management to meet deadlines and delivery targets

Requirements:

  • Someone that will turn their hand to any task self-sufficient and able to work independently
  • An admin whizz
  • Organised and proactive
