As a strategic creative agency that thrives on solving complex challenges, we are looking for a dynamic, confident, strategic and creatively-driven Senior Account Manager Integrated who can build client relationships and drive our projects to new heights.

What you’ll do:
- Working closely with our team of strategists, producers and creatives to help drive projects from initial structuring and planning, advising on strategy, creative and media choice, through to project management and delivery of the campaign.
- Client and account management: Maintaining direct, day-to-day contact with clients, internal teams and external partners to develop, direct, and lead project planning and execution; delivering on time, within budget, and compliant with brand standards.
- Manage, present and oversee project brief development, assist in the creative brief development processes.
- Schedule, attend, and lead client meetings generating meeting recaps with key notes on considerations, deliverables, and responsibilities/action items.
- Develop and update project documents and presentations, such as Keynotes, Google Slides presentations, meeting notes, briefings and scope of work agreements.
- Check in with the production team on budgets regularly and work with the finance team for billing and project finances.
- Sound understanding of production techniques and timelines to fluently talk to clients and internal teams about project methods and approaches for both localisation specific and creative projects.
- Represent the ethos of our agency when dealing with clients and prospects, taking a warm, enthusiastic, solution-first approach to building relationships.
- Present a high level of marketing knowledge and strategic insight to clients, shared proactively.
- Gain a detailed understanding of your clients’ business, brand and the competitive landscape.
- Proactively seek to manage issues before they arise and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client KPIs are met.
- Lead/participate in both internal team and client brainstorms.
- Assist Senior Account Directors and Head of Account Partnership in building out client account plans.
- Assist Head of Account Partnership/Senior Account Directors in client business development and reviews.
- Understand a centralised agency-client business model and the challenges, expectations and benefits that come with that for your client and the agency.
- Identify and develop client cross over and up-sell opportunities, focusing on client growth and retention.
- Confidently estimate and invoice projects and campaigns accurately and punctually, in line with both our business’ and client financial deadlines.
- Set the plan and actively check-in with producers to understand where projects are at from a financial and profitability perspective.
- Work with the senior management team to develop new business, including marketing collateral, materials and supporting pitches where needed.
- Inspire and motivate your internal team and external partners.
- Constantly work with the internal team to spot opportunities for improving ways of working, documenting learnings to improve and build processes that make our work more efficient and effective.
- Support junior members of the team from a project-level management perspective.
Who you are:
- Experienced Account Manager: You have 5+ years of experience in an Account Management role at a Creative/Digital Agency, delivering high quality work that consistently met deadlines and budgets for your clients.
- Partnership-Focused: Value building long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, based on trust, reliability, proactivity and understanding their needs.
- Strategically and Creatively-Driven: Passionate about human insight and developing great strategy to embody it, motivated by developing impactful creative work.
