Position Summary
The Brand Specialist Content Creator is responsible for developing high-quality digital content that reflects and strengthens the company\βs brand identity. This role combines creative production with brand strategy to ensure all visual and written content is consistent, engaging, and aligned with the overall brand vision. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of branding, digital trends, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation
- Produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, photos, graphics, social media posts, and written materials.
- Create on-brand captions, scripts, blog posts, and promotional copy.
- Edit and optimise content for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, website, email, and more).
Brand Management
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Act as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency across all digital channels.
- Support the development and refinement of brand guidelines when needed.
Content Strategy & Planning
- Plan and execute content calendars and campaigns that support marketing and brand objectives.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour to inform content plans.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness.
- Adjust strategies based on engagement, reach, and audience feedback.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns and launches.
- Assist with creative direction for photoshoots, video projects, and brand campaigns.
- Support cross-functional teams with branded materials where required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation, branding, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong photography, videography, and/or graphic design skills.
- Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities.
- Understanding of brand strategy and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics).
