We’re on the hunt for a

Food & Beverage Duty Manager , someone who can own the shift, lead from the front, and keep the whole house running with confidence, style, and a touch of swagger.

This is a hands on Duty Manager role with a strong food and beverage focus, but you’ll also support the wider hotel operation, from guest arrivals and room standards to late night service, team coordination, and those all important final details.

You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the eyes on the floor, and the person who makes sure every guest experience is nothing short of iconic.

This isn’t your standard hospitality gig. It’s late nights, loud tunes, killer cocktails, and an atmosphere that hums with attitude.

As Duty Manager, you’ll be trusted to take charge of the building when required, making confident decisions, handling guest feedback, supporting the team across departments, and ensuring service, safety, standards, and atmosphere are all exactly where they need to be.

You are

  • A natural born leader, confident, composed, and charismatic.
  • Experienced in food and beverage operations, with the confidence to step into wider hotel duty management when the shift calls for it.
  • Cool under pressure and sharp on the details.
  • Obsessed with guest experience, you don’t just serve, you stage moments.
  • Ready to support hotel operations beyond the floor, working hand in hand with reception, housekeeping, nights, and management to keep the whole house running sharp.
  • Confident handling guest issues, operational challenges, shift handovers, and standards checks with pace, professionalism, and personality.
  • Able to inspire and motivate your team to deliver world‑class service with edge.
