We are currently seeking a passionate Part-Time Receptionist to join the team here at House of George. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven individual to be a part of the launch of the House of George W. Davies Hotel, nestled in the beautiful village of Broadway in the Cotswolds.

We are looking for a Receptionist who will be a pioneer in the guest experience and service beyond expectations. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Creating a warm, welcoming and lasting impression for our guests.
  • Providing a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect House of George standards.
  • Answering any questions or queries regarding check in/check out times, room availability, hotel services etc.
  • Being a team player who communicates well with all colleagues.
  • Always being well presented and in correct uniform.
  • Having good knowledge of hotel booking systems beneficial but not essential.
  • Anticipating guests' needs and providing them with a personalised, crafted experience.
  • Being an ambassador for House of George as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
  • Supporting other departments whenever required, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and flexibility.
